Inversion Conditioning with Thomas Martin
Tuesday June 23, 7:00-8:00 pm, $15
Time to get sweaty and use those inversion muscles once more! This class is designed to work out those muscles aerialists need to get upside down. Everything can be done at home with limited equipment: Chair, sliders (cardboard/paper plates on carpet and towels/socks on wood), and yoga blocks. We will start with a high energy warm-up, followed by a few rounds of exercises for our arms, shoulders, and core! Let’s get those aerial muscles working during Social Distancing!
The workshop will be held online via Zoom. Registrants will receive the link approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshop.
